Yoga

By Anne Jorunn Løken

Yoga is a collection of mental and bodily movements and techniques and is a soft form of exercise that consists of soft exercises.
Modern yoga is a collective term for forms of yoga that are a mixture of Indian and Western tradition. It is based on traditional yoga that is part of the orthodox schools of Hindu philosophy, but generally has a greater focus on the physical aspects.

In the West, yoga is becoming less associated with religion, and is primarily a form of exercise that consists of physical exercises, as well as possibly breathing techniques and meditation.
In yoga, one should not exert oneself, or repeat exercises time and time again, as one often does in normal training.
But neither do you get tired or sweaty afterwards, but many people find that they become more alert and have more energy.

The goal is usually to achieve an improvement both physically and mentally.
Yoga promotes strength, flexibility and mental focus.
Yoga exercises are positions that put all parts of the body in motion in a beneficial way.

This is a pleasant and good way to improve their physique and health for those who cannot or do not want to carry out traditional training, hard training or basic exercises, or exercise plans.
Yoga makes more use of the body's natural movements. The exercises must be comfortable.
There are several types of yoga, and there are a number of skilled yoga teachers in Norway today.
